Live stream on itunes at the moment.
You may all already be aware of this.
I can't do it in work. Ah well, will have to wait for release then.
how come you can't stream it at work? do they block itunes? does it not work on their mobile app (I'm guessing not, but might be worth checking)
I had to jump seventeen times through flaming hoops just to get Spotify to install onto my networked drive, and iTunes is 160Mb or something.

There's some great songs on it. Chloroform is huge.
Can't find the itunes stream on my iphone & work computer blocks that sort of thing. Delicious Appley irony.
Something just feels lacking. A lack of memorable tunes maybe? With the exception of Bourgeois, they all kind of blend into one, which is a big shame, because they've had a flawless run till now for me.
Highlights for me are Bourgeois, Trying To Be Cool and Drakkar Noir.
have me by the short and curlies for now. Star-gazing, deconstructed and surprisingly savage; concentrated, compressed ELO-like.
plus I really like Oblique City. Overall the album left me pretty cold though. This grating China Girl synth sound is overused and incredibly jarring. The tunes just aren't as catchy as I would hope for from Phoenix.
I've given it ten listens so I doubt my opinion will change. Oh well.
