Somerset House Summer Series takes place in the capital this July, line-up so far…First Aid Kit, 15 July
Of Monsters and Men, 16 July
Jessie Ware, 18 July
Goldfrapp, 20 July
Lianne La Havas
I got myself First Aid Kit and Goldfrapp tickets. I think Goldfrapp will sell out very quickly. Here's the full bill from what I see in one cut-and-paste.
Alex Clare, 11 July
Band of Horses, 12 July
Lianne La Havas, 13 July
Richard Hawley, 14 July
First Aid Kit, 15 July
Of Monsters and Men, 16 July
Tom Odell, 17 July
Jessie Ware, 18 July
Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, July 19th
Goldfrapp, 20 July
Basement Jaxx, 21 July
Jessie Ware seems to have sold out too on presale. It's hard to estimate how popular some of these gigs are. Even when you go to a sold out Somerset House gig it's never packed ever.
presale and sold out for a while. I think they've put more up for sale just now. Of Monsters And Men sold out three Shepherds Bush gigs and so I presume they'll go quickly tomorrow too. I do like Somerset House gigs and it's the strongest set of gigs for years for me. My favourite gig there was Belle and Sebastian being supported by The Shins in 2004.
Last year was a good one where I saw Emmy The Great support Tindersticks. The best gig I saw there was Belle And Sebastian headlining with The Shins as support. That was probably nine or ten years ago.
Excellent. I look forward to this one.
Jessie Ware is another headliner.
there
Is goldfrapp 20 July
Surprisingly a good line up so far. There'll be the generic crap indie
band that's big enough to play Brixton announcement made soon I presume though.
There is also
Band of Horses and Lianna La Havas, apparently
Lianne *
i've
heard band of horses for 12th July
Cut and pasted by me.

Goldfrapp clashes with Latitude, so don't want to book anything for that weekend just yet
I fancy Hawley too
Is there a pre-sale for those without an Amex card anywhere?
I'll probably go for Jessie Ware
HANG ON
£51.75?! Bit much.

Oh fab, thank you.
Here's a presale link kids. I think Goldfrapp and Of Monsters And Men

Just bought my tickets
for Goldfrapp now, so thanks for the pre-sale link! Been waiting for the official mailing list one to arrive but nothing so far...
Whoa. The link went off the page but seems to work when I clicked.
Have fun.
Wouldn't mind seeing Goldfrapp or Basement Jaxx finally. Ta for the presale link.+
I got my tickets at 9am. Goldfrapp were hard to get hold of on
presale and sold out for a while. I think they've put more up for sale just now. Of Monsters And Men sold out three Shepherds Bush gigs and so I presume they'll go quickly tomorrow too. The support acts have been announced.
