Dan Deacon at Village Underground tonight
What better way to spend this romantic day than to rub up against sweaty, pogoing altbros whilst staring at an overweight balding man?

Scunnered, I couldn't make either of his Ireland shows at the weekend due to being in Scotland
Heard they awesome too :(
Five years since I was last at a DD gig. FIVE YEARS!
Does it make it worse
that he played in Scotland on Monday?
It was awesome. Can't remember the last time a gig was so much fun.
arrived back in Nireland on sunday night
._.
I'm super excited
is it solo? I enjoyed the band stuff but nowhere near as amazing as his solo shows.
I kept thinking about going and not going tonight
Not I'm hyped and the show is sold out :(
Serves me right but still annoying.
Anyone know stage times?
pretty sure
he's on about 9:15. Not sure about Mozart's Sister.
As fun as usual
my cynical side always thinks it's gonna be stale, but I cna't help getting caught up in it all. The sound was much better than last time at Scala, the two drumkits sounded ferocious.
With his table up on the stage and the audience having no idea what to do for the group participation parts (mostly because they weren't listening to him) it does seem that he's finally reached that level of popularity where his usual antics just don't work anymore.
