Can't believe they're still doing this

The last one must have haemorrhaged money, was a great weekend though. Going to need a bit more from the lineup if I'm going to go again.

£110 for a 2 day pass

and £59 for one day seems pretty steep - was it that much previously? That's £10 more than Field Day for one day with way fewer acts.

  But bear in mind the sixty pound day pass on Sunday in 2011 got you Godspeed, Liars, Beach House, Swans, Grinderman and Portishead. They were quite badly hit by cancellations last year but even so the lineup never looked like matching that.

      At the moment The Field, Real Estate and Tortoise are the only bands I want to see. The rest I can take or leave (The Walkmen I can very much leave).

    I see it's £26 for the other YYY UK shows which I assume are just them headlining with 1 or 2 support acts.
    
    Maybe I'm just getting old but in my mind spending over £100 for a weekend (or near to £70 for a day when you include fees) is only for "proper" large scale festivals, not smaller indoor shows. Still, will have to see what the rest of the line up looks like.

    - aren't 3-day weekend ATP tickets
      
      which include accommodation about £120? probably cheaper booze too (I haven't been since the Mars Volta one as the press tickets are £80 and come with nowhere to sleep...)

Thats roughly the same as last years.

The lack of Friday this time round is probably a good idea.

I reckon i'll go for The Grizzly Bear day, though won't sell out for a while.

Will probably wait til its filled out a bit

but that's a great start. I had such a good time last year (though the weather probably helped a lot - lazing around outside in between bands was brilliant).

I'm guessing though with their new promotor partnership they announced means that this one won't be as much of a loss maker as the last one.
