So fucking good!
Punchier than Oliver Reed's homemade cocktails.
Also, far too many tossers in the crowd. How did that band manage to attract loud/shouty/chatty wankers like that? Nonetheless, a very good gig. Probably a Shepherds Bush Empire gig next time they play London. Most of the end of year albums of the year lists (apart from The Fly) will have them at least in the top 10.
Didn't really notice many tossers, but definitely a younger crowd.
I really want to see them again. Maybe with the new After Dark they'll be here next spring.
I actually thought that most of the chatterers were the older people in the crowd - at least, that seemed to be the case near us.
yeah, was nowhere near as good as White Heat.
thought the sound was pretty ropey for the first 3 songs tho :-/
I could watch them play the exact same set over and over again without getting bored ... I'd rather they didn't of course, but that's how great they are.
Running Up That Hill gets me every time. So cool.
as above i think village underground just pipped it for me, better crowd and sound but it was great, cheers to BMS1 who i met & sorted me out with a Jessie Ware ticket for next week too, looking forward to it
quite a few bells ends in the crowd, i was down near the front, so many people talking and i got called a dickhead when i wouldnt let some some punk push past with his girlfriend, he was seething behind me all gig, quite funny really
johhny jewel working the keys is delicious
Dancing as if it was a scooter gig and then saying they hadn't played their famous one near the front, please go away. Thanks.
Chromatics were splendid though!!!

Think the only songs I would have loved to have heard were Candy and The Chameleon.
That new song was excellent. Had one of those moments where a groove kicks into place and you completely lose yourself in it, unaware of your surroundings.
As well as a merch stand. But the show was stunning, and that intro gets me everytime.
I'd love to see them release a live CD, These Streets is an entirely different beast when performed.
I thought it was supposed to be out last month?
