This song is really awesome.
and has nice sounds. Which is all well and good but as a song it's completely forgettable.
I don't think this song's cred outstretches its awesomeness
in The Who's catalog.
you absolute mental
or maybe you just don't like music very much?
this is my reaction to any Who track I've heard. I'm sure it sounded amazing at the time, but it hasn't aged well IMO.
Won't Get Fooled Again is probably one of the best rock songs ever written; Love Reign O'er Me has one of the strongest vocal performances ever recorded; The Real Me has some incredible bass work.....etc etc
It's a good band but too much exposure everywhere made them seem over-rated.

Hey Jude by The Beatles. Love the Beatles but I don't like it when it comes on on a night out. Everyone goes mental for 30 minute singalong, I find it annoying.
Also add "All You Need Is Love" to the list.
I have no idea why there are hundreds of versions of it out there.
This also goes for 'Light my fire'.
Fake Plastic Trees >>>>>>>>>>> High and Dry
Actually kind of similar songs - not sure why they were next to each other on the album, or why High and Dry was a single when Fake Plastic Trees is so superior.
They hate High & Dry now and haven't played it live in years and years.
John Lennon - Imagine
Beach Boys - Good Vibrations
Coldplay - Paradise
Bob Marley - No Woman, No Cry
Robbie Williams - Angels
Genuinely makes me feel slightly queasy...
I have tried, I really have, but it is an incredibly long dull bit of music.
but I now love it. Absolutely massively love it.
Absolutely love I Am The Resurrection but it should end before the ridiculous instrumental wankfest. I'll probably get loads of stick for saying this, but I know I'm right
but Wonderwall & Roll With It definitely are.
most by blur, everything by the manics, a lot by richard hawley (sorry, because I do like him), Lennon solo
C'mon, be realistic.
