Should I get a MIDI controller one or what, can't be arsed elaborating just show me the keyboard I should buy
find out if you've got a feel for it
I recently got an m audio key station, opted for the 61 key one as i thought its range was sufficient and 88 keys would be too big (and you can shift octaves easily if you do want the extremes), it has hardly any controls on it but that is fine if you just want it for piano, it cost £100. I t comes with able ton live light, don't think that comes with a piano plug in (it might do but i use a different program) but probably fairly easy to get one. Digital pianos are really expensive so midi controller is probably the way to go.
as in looking at them and instantly knowing what note they are and playing it. The course I'm using is basically like here's the notes now fucking get on with it.
get a teacher or try a really simple book like:
Otherwise just learn to play by ear. Why do you need to know notation anyway?
it's just that all the courses and books include it
