Autumn Music
Usually this is the time of year where I break out the stuff like Bright Eyes, Good Life, Sigur Ros, AC Newman, Arcade Fire, Elliott Smith, Grandaddy, Belle & Sebastian, Field Music, Hope of the States first album, Rilo Kiley, Smiths, Morrissey, Lemuria, Small Brown Bike, and Titus Andronicus.
This year I'm feeling in the mood to soundtrack those cold dewey morning walks and clear cold evenings with Sleep, Old Man Gloom, Unthanks, Sunn 0))), My Bloody Valentine, Grails, and Fall of Efrafa.
Of course for waiting alone in autumn nothing will ever beat John Coltrane's Favorite Things.

I know it's in the opening post and is probably fairly entry level as far as such things go but
John Coltrane's version of Favorite Things is arguably my favourite recording of any piece of music
