Mansun is much better than Oasis and well, let's face it Blur.
Though I like Blur too.
and i really like them. however, i'm also aware that i like all of the Blur songs i know and there is clearly a lot more there that i need to explore... i just need to actually get round to listening to their albums.
Modern Life Is Rubbish --- Definitely Maybe --- Under The West Way
As good as anything Blur have done
But then I always liked them when they were doing stuff a bit louder, rockier or different... basically Tracks 1, 2 and 3 from the Blur album cover it.
I pick Stalin.
I really don't like either of them, at any stage, although I suppose some early Oasis and late Blur is tolerable.
-10 indie point for anybody that this's him
When I grew up - Blru
The first two songs played were 'There's No Other Way' and 'Supersonic'. Honestly. I don't know how these people sleep at night.
Supersonic is a belter of a song
It's the complete and utter lack of imagination or individuality, coupled with the sagging weight of nostalgia. I stayed for the whole night, and it did not require a DJ. Nothing was played at any point that suggested there was a person choosing songs. Any one of you here could write out a very close approximation of the playlist.
and one good album. Blur put out at least 3 great albums and at least 3 good one's. Therefore Blur are better.
I'm bored of it and I only made it as a joke.
Blur are just ponces who sing about living on a farm.
I live a mile away from a council estate, so I can proper relate to the way Oasis' lyrics sum up working class life!
Britpop band? Who are, Blur or Oasis?
Or Pulp? Although I do love Common People and Year 2000, can't say I know anything else by them though.
Then we have two users posting cringe-worthy attempts at trolling at the same time, both with a fondness for alter-egos. I'm just not sure I buy that.
Unless a few Blur fans who can't handle people not liking their beloved bands consider what I post to be trolling.
But then they dropped Be Here Now, became even bigger twats than they were before, and became more and more dull. In hindsight, Blur have been more consistent. Doesn't necessarily make them better though.
