Whetheer he was talking or whether he was waffling, it was amazing.
I also think that I saw LOLpop there too - pretty sure he held a couple of doors open for me as I made my way back to the main room with a pint in my hand during the break.
I missed the girl collapsing? I darted out for about 3 minutes, to have a wee and buy a pint - so may have happened when I was gone.
Also, bought a t-shirt and specified medium. When I got home I found that he'd given me a small. Gutted - now I've got a Atlas Sound 'muscle top' (without the muscle).
I missed most of the encore because I went outside before I passed out. Excellent show though. The music and the chat. The story about the racoon was brilliant.
Support is Verity Susman (from Electrelane)
No idea about stage times.
the times are
Doors: 7:30
Verity Susman: 8
Atlas Sound: 9:10
Cheers, much obliged to you both
Probably the only gig that I've ever been to where I've not been bothered
if the musician plays, or just keeps talking.
SAXOPHONE
Also, Verity Susman was ace!
one of the funniest shows i've ever been to
"...dopamine" "WOOOOOOOOOO"
Brillliant.
Verity Shaman was ace too.

I thought that was you!
I remembered your hair being darker though, so dismissed the notion..
It must've been bleached by all this sun we're having.
wierd show
started off brilliant but then got a bit repetitive and like we were literally watching a guy improvising mostly.
that girl collapsing was a bit of a downer too. top bants though
I disagree - thought it was excellent from start to finish.

it was when bradford stopped playing to see if she was alright, gave her water etc.
so if you can't have been in the room because it had a pretty big effect on the show for a few minutes
It was ridiculously hot in there
