A good build-up in need of a song to build up to.
Its complete bollocks without a real song, until it gets to the really heavy bit towards the end, that bits cool.

It'd be nice if any of it added up to something you could call a song though.
Shouldn't there be some kind of memorable melody to it? It's a theme. There has to be something you can hum after you've heard it. I've just finished listening to it a (literal) minute ago, and the only bit I can remember is hearing 'human race' in a silly voice a lot.
In conclusion, it's completely consistent with the quality of the logo, and the mascots.
