Just after the soundcheck in Toronto.
Reports that 3 people are injured, although the band apparently weren't on stage (according to twitter).
Pics look very scary.
the late 90s: Radiohead redefine rock and roll
the early 00s: Radiohead redefine electronic music
the late 00s: Radiohead redefine the sale of music
the early 10s: Radiohead redefine stage design
such an experimental, innovative outfit.
pretty tasteless joke regardless
....please just get a grip
I just hope there weren't that many people around.
Just came up on my newsfeed that Radiohead were cancelling a show without any immediate explanation...
probz a dick move. wouldn't have done it if I knew people died and what not.
ban request please. I'm serious.
i don't give a shit about being banned, i'll just make a new account.
this guy is serious
does the whole world seem to believe that because they are using their fingers to speak and there are no persons physically next to them that they can utter things that face-to-face they couldn't?
"Radiohead redefined electronic music"?? Ban request indeed.
Genuinly don't understand people.
but i just realised you might have meant the opposite.
You'd be wrong though, sorry.
I just don't understand why anyone unconnected to the event cares. People die all the time. So they died at a radiohead gig, big deal.
Gonna get a bit tedious if someone posts a thread every time someone in the world dies.
on something that's actually not that difficult to understand. Well done.
EVERYONE ARE TERRIBLE
chances are if you're injured in a stage collapse it's not going to be minor bruises or a broken fingernail.
i'm not that outraged by it tbh but 'comedy mishap', come on.
having said that this thread really does seem to cover the spectrum of internet tragedy protocol
common sense has spoken
got a text about it in the middle of the night. really sad.
