The RiLF album perhaps, though it's hard to get hold of. Also Matryoshka (particularly tracks like 'February Lifesaver (November Edition)').
Sigur Ros albums seem to be on a downward spiral to increasing medicority. So I'm not too bothered about killing time waiting for it to arrive. Thinking about it, I can't actually remember any really good post-rock coming out for a while now. Post Rock is dead.
Or the last few Jeniferever records?
Or the work of Olafur Arnalds which verges on post-rock quite a bit?

then you should try the *shels record from last year
Post rock ain't dead yet.
