Are there any good gigs going on in Manchester in April?
I'm going to be crashing with my brother at some point next month and I thought I could combine this with some kind of live music based event.
So... what's coming up? Anything good. Yeah I know there's probably some website somewhere that lists everything but I'm looking for personal reccomendations at the moment.

on 12th April, we've got a nice ambient/drone/strings show:
Richard Knox and Frederic D Oberland performing 'The Rustle of the Stars' (Gizeh Records)
+ Jasper TX (Miasmah) + Matthew Collings (Bedroom Community/Hibernate)

I'm tempted by grouper and russian circles, though I'm worried that one might be too noisy and one not noisy enough for my brother.
