WE COME IN PIECES (Ireland)
Limerick's We Come In Pieces are fast establishing themselves as the hardest working band in Ireland. They have toured the length and breadth of the UK and Ireland numerous times. They play live so much they're probably outside your window right now. They have played with the likes of Frank Turner, Tubelord, Throats, Maybeshewill, Rolo Tomassi, And So I Watch You From Afar and many other bands that they like to associate themselves with.
''Very exciting...very cool to watch...fantastic musicianship'' WIRED FM
''There isn't a duff track here, it's a short sharp shock with a bit of math rock here, punk rock there and a little vintage metal thrown into the mix''. THE LIMERICK POST
''There's something about a band who can raise you out of Wednesday glums with a smart battering of upbeat, proper rock tunes and thats what We Come In Pieces are doing for me here today''. HARMLESS NOISE
''You can't go wrong with these lads. They're living on their own terms and honing their craft constantly, but whereas debut album Before the Chains was the short, sharp and shocking product of six weeks hard slog, this is a glimpse at a band becoming an altogether more fearsome entity. Just you watch their ascent from here''. DROP-D
LOST IN THE RIOTS
Lost in the Riots are a four-piece post rock outfit fighting their way out of Watford, Hertfordshire since 2010. Differing from their hardcore peers, the trio serve up a guitar-driven assault of quiet-loud dynamics laden with unconventional time signatures and occasional vocals. Their sound is a schizophrenic mix of heavy riffs to aggressively nod your head to and tear jerking, hopeful crescendos.
Instrumental Multi-genre band from Nottingham downsized to a duo for the first time.
