is out there floating around. Sounds excellent. Get on it.
3. Ashtray Wasp
I really like it. I've been really into long songs for a while now, so this is perfect.
I was playing through his discog on iTunes and when Paradise Circus ended No Future/No Past from the new Cloud Nothings record come on. It worked super well.
Just incredible in my opinion
Kindred and Loner both go in heavy. He needs to be doing the soundtrack for the new Blade Runner film.
The ending of Loner is incredible.
Loner seems to drag on a bit.
But best thing I've heard this year so far by miles
the track that comes up on Youtube isn't by Burial.
it may just be the first definitive album we'd have in awhile. burial did the dubstep/post-dubstep thing before anyone and now the weeknd, drakes new crap, james blake, araabmuzik, are all jumping on it now.
the master needs to come back and show everyone whos boss!
Any talk of a new album?
Im fine with no new album if he keeps releasing EP's this good. I'm not as mad a fan of his albums as others are, but the Street Halo EP is up there with my favorite pieces of music and this is sounding incredible already. Beautiful.

it's absolutely gorgeous
Ashtray Wasp will definitely get a few more listens.
typical Burial fayre, but hey, that's what we want
Much swifter than previous Burial, real grimey turn on kindred. Looking forward to getting the wax.
This is immense, some slightly more abrasive sounds that I like and sly nods to previous songs too. Will be buying this.
I'm bored of Burial.
if this had been released first I'm sure I'd be digging it. But I'm just bored of it now. At least Fostercare had a big vocal sample to it; aside from that I've not really got into stuff he's released since Untrue. Who knows, though, maybe I'll change my mind when I listen to it again...
Holy shit it's good isn't it. So aggy for Burial!
All is right with the world
Glad to see he's still drip feeding stuff out.
I am excited. Burial being Burial is fine for me. as long as it's him doing his sound, it has plenty of mileage.
it's stunning, Ashtray Wasp is AMAZING
all three are kind of disjointed. gorgeous, for sure, fascinating, but not his best. :/
listening whilst reading RG's piece is working wonders.
this is why I love music journalism.
Despite the fact that noone seems to know exactly when it will be available?
doubt it'll be far away unless they have some serious problems with the test pressings or whatever.
For what that's worth.
So I guess it'd be worse for them to say a date and then have to push it back.
its just the way it goes, happens all the time. Thats why some labels like Hessle Audio don't say they've got a release coming until they have the records back and there are no probs.
greatest. living. musician?
[there, i said it]
