anyone been before? what's it like?
Watched 2 bands from out front - near the back - and it was the loudest outdoor PA i've ever heard. Seriously - it was outrageous. And awesome, obviously.
Weather was nice. Decent vibe, seemingly no dickheads.
Lisbon is pretty dull.
Didn't walk around the whole site, but it wasn't huge.
Not much info, but there you go.
Camping @ Monsanto: 16€
watch out: in the last years edition some days sold out.
will it be unbearable (heat) in a tent? is there much entertainment-wise after the bands have finished?
like mrdaniels said, like the other portuguese festivals (SBSR or Sudoeste) they have one space with lots of after hours entertainment.
which i think is about 30 minutes the other side of lisbon and it was pretty good. for £65 i got to see strokes, portishead, arcade fire, arctic monkeys and a whole lot more.
was nice and hot, plus it was bearable at night unless benicassim in spain.
i found that dance tents go on till, well the morning

to Lisbon and sorting out my festival ticket on Friday.
I'm going with a few friends, so we are thinking perhaps get a hostel for the festival and do the same for when we are in Lisbon - We plan to arrive and stay a couple of days after the fest and make a holiday of it.
