really hope this isn't true. i thought nbc was reserved for non-lame bands.

(their Dark Was The Night compilation was pretty ace), even if the band themselves don't excite you that much.

i love the national but IMO they're pretty likely to put together a stinker of a bill.

thought they were disappointing, as earth and mt eerie had already been confirmed. the jesus blood thing sounds interesting though, i guess.

not really so much a fan of a lot of the more middlebrow pitchfork-y stuff TBH. + i wouldn't get your hopes up for many of those as pretty much every band on that line-up could headline their own atp.

I thought Yamantaka Sonic Titan was a Yamataka Eye thing but it isn't. Anyway there's still a load of stuff I'd like to see on the lineup now.

But then I would say that. I reckon Sufjan, St Vincent and Sharon Van Etten will probably play, and we could even see entire Don't Look Back sets of whole National albums. I would pretty much ie die.

i think i can agree that this event would also be boss. the national seem like sensible enough dudes to be able to pick an interesting line up.
