Everyone Who Has Used Ticketmaster In The Last 12 Years Is Getting A Refund
..... in the U.S.
Anyway, chances are it will only be if customers contact them with all of the details of their order. Chances of everyone who has made a booking in the last 12 years still having all of their details: zero.
they really should just include it in the price like every other type of retail and industry
but profitting of processing fees might be them overcharging for postage credit card fee etc maybe.
people will still have email confirmations
$25.50 max of credits to each customer (if they have, and can be bothered to scour, their records for the past 10 yrs).
$20,000 to the 2 dudes who initiated the whole thing.
$16,500,000 to the lawyers (if they have their way)!!! Really? (Or is that the fund for refunding the peeps - it doesn't sound like it is - it sounds like a lawyer pisstake).
And tickets will STILL be sold with all sorts of addon bits and bobs. I couldn't give a shit what your profits are. Sort it out amongst yourselves before you advertise the price. The important thing is that I see a price, and thats the price I pay. Not... I see a price, and then end up paying 30+ in this that and the other. Pffft.
is one of the most irritating business things i've ever ever encountered.
because if they lumped it all together people would see how badly they're being shafted
