stumbled across these today when digging in previous Kaleidoscope releases (they're both initially v. limited releases on http://www.k-is-for-kaleidoscope.com/*news.html). Two stashed-away previous albums:
They're both beautiful, There Were Horizons in particular is so delicate and ornate a thing. Again Boards of Canada could be cited as an influence, but the songs seem more sedate here, happier to meander along.
