Explosions In The Sky
This will sell out before payday tomorrow, am I right?
don't worry yourself - they're shit
Un^This x 1000
Think I've just got a ticket for this
with no problems.
What's the catch?
you'll have to sit through 90+ minutes of tawdry delay pedal abuse not seen since the last U2 tour.
These are going back on sale at 13:00 today: http://www.princecharlescinema.com/events/events.php?seasonanchor=explosions
This thread's funny.
This has been cancelled.
From EitS Facebook: "We are terribly sorry but we have to cancel our show at the Prince Charles Cinema in London. Over the last few days the technical and logistical problems of pulling the show off have escalated at an alarming pace. In part, this is due to poor planning on our part. We were really looking forward to this one. Please contact the Prince Charles Cinema for refunds. We hope to try this again in the future with better planning. Again, our most sincere apologies. Sometimes good ideas don't always pan out."
grr.
pretty poor of eits with less than 24 hours
Also prince charles seems abit of a shambles, not showing it as cancelled on main page not having peoples emails to contact people, having to arrange refunds by phone. They should just use wegottickets or something
we couldn't fit all our delay pedals on the stage so we're having to have a re-think
soz
to be fair
To prince charles cinema, they are a small independent. They mentioned it on their facebook, and they can't afford expensive ticket refund systems.
Bit shabby of the band mind,
im sure they could come up with a system that atleast keeps a erecord of email addresses of those who bought tickets
That and being able to refund everyone after a cancellation seem like basic functionality of a ticket booking system, though I guess its rare for a cinemma to cancel an event
I just got a call from the Prince Charles
So it looks like they are getting in touch with everyone over the phone to sort out the refunds.
It's a right grind, but not a surprise
This one has been on and off since it was booked.
Any idea why?
I mean, I gather they're in the country and stuff, so it's not like they ran into last minute travel issues or something.
I don't mind gigs getting cancelled, shit happens, but 24 hours notice is a bit rough, and by all accounts it seems to have left Prince Charles Cinema to clean up the mess.
their statement seemed abit to casual for my liking
I think alot of people will turn up not knowing as well
anyone know if they are refunding the american movie tickets too?
Emailed them but just got generic reply
i
asked on facebook, and they should it shoudl be fine
cool thanks
Got a ring
Earlier (from a terrified sounding bloke who I felt sorry for) at PCC and they offered to refund both, no probs.
