apparently he passed away in an accident last night aged 34. damn, horrible.
2007 stand the fuck up
no-one's claiming he was 'one of the greats' but when an influential and successful 34 year old talented producer and DJ dies in what - though unconfirmed - seems like a pretty grim accident, it's not that nice to poke fun
you may only mourn someones death if they are your wife
But carry on, it's nice to have someone (even a self-styled internet-based truth-teller) to get your bad vibes out towards.
Trolling of the highest order
and not here where people may actually be fans.
And how the fuck do you know that your facebook friends are not fans? Probably because you never heard of him, no one else can like him
What an absolute knobcheese you are - the CG of the music boards
yeh how fuckin disrespectful
Hoisted by your own petard!
rather than actively seek out a thread that you didn't have to read in order to post needlessly trollish comments to wind up people who might be geuinely upset by the death of somebody you haven't even heard of?
I admit it gets a bit silly when somebody like Amy Winehouse passes away and EVERYBODY feels they have to comment, but I don't think this is really a comparable case.
Genius, its so good, I misunderstood it for trolling
because you didn't reply to their emails
saying it was a mezzanine in a club
& let the children techno is still one off my favourite comps/mixes of the year. The sources ive found out through (resident advisor & fact) still have no offical confirmation its sadly looking that way.
and admittedly i have no idea who this guy is... but fuck off.
if someone had made similar comments about dilla, id have punched them in the face.
A time to celebrate what we love about them and maybe remember back to a set of memories that are tied into the music that they created. When people write RIP and give shoutouts on forums, twitters, mytubes and youspaces its just a way of stamping your fandom. I doubt the majority of people are deeply affected, but its just a way for people to come together in appreciation. I dont get why people get so butthurt about this.
Feeling like the http://youtu.be/QgSXnRroWFw up in here.
probs should get E. 1999 Eternal out again.
but yeah, agreed.
