is it usually so much better for the artist if you buy records as single tracks rather than an album?
but surely $0.06 x 30 = $1.80, and $0.10 x 18 = $1.80, so that makes a total of $3.60.

an advance so small would they really bother trying to recoup, his $10 vs $1000 doesnt make sense as his $10 is from downloads their $1000 would be cd sales, would he get more from those?
