...is alright. I can't say much more than that with confidence as I've only given it three listens but yeah...it's good.
It's more chill out than chill wave I'd say but it definitely has a very beautiful dreamy flow to it. The opener 'Eyes Be Closed' soars in, and tracks like 'Soft' feel like a sweet embrace. Others like 'Far Away' and 'You & I' have a delicate lament to them and 'Amor Fati' and 'Before' are slightly more uplifting drifters. Nothing here is a party tune though, it's all for chillaxation.
Fitting though that the album cover is a picture of lovers in an intimate embrace 'cause this is the type of thing you'd probably play while wrapped up close to someone special on holiday while the sun's shining through the hotel window.
I'd recommend it but I guess it's an album you'll have to be in the right mood for. We'll see how it feels after repeated listens.
