the cunt even charges £9 postage
just been looking at eBay's terms and conditions. pondering if a DiS army of dobbers, could make all these eBay scummers cock off? at the very least we can flag their products for eBay to investigate and probably get them temporarily banned?
But it's not illegal, if you purchase something you can do whatever you like with it. I don't see how eBay would be able to stop it.
also, you can legally sell promos now, apparently http://www.techdirt.com/articles/20110104/13413112518/court-rules-that-its-legal-to-sell-promotional-cds.shtml
You know you just went to a record store and exchanged money for a product right?
And how do you know the money doesn't go back into the music world? I flogged the Four Tet/Burial/Thom Yorke ep and used the money to pay for a stack of records by less well known musicians last month. The hardcore radiohead fans I know wouldn't have spent that cash on music I'm sure of it...
hungover, poorly formed points, 'pologies...
if Radiohead fans are stupid enough to pay for it then more power to them. Quite fancy sticking my copy up on ebay and covering the costs of the hundreds I just spent on better releases...
A few of us could theoretically bid using temporary email accounts up to 1 million?
yeah, that worked with imogen heap fans, didn't it?
