is just a song about drugs, as opposed to a song that people originally thought was a love song but then looked a bit deeper and found that it was about drugs.
I mean, have you ever thought that it was a love song? At a stretch it refers to heroin as she, which might make you confuse it for a girl, but beyond that I don't see how it is anything other than an ode to skag.
