Wonderful, I'll be attending the York date
Mona and Brother
for his excellent taste in support bands. i've sat through countless awful bands over the years waiting for moz to take the stage. still, maybe the curse of morrissey (he offers public approval of a band - they almost immediately fail and die) will work on brother?
Perhaps Beady Eye can support and your fail and die theory will lead to a Ride reunion.
would i be willing to sit through them in order to facilitate a potential ride reunion?
i think YES and probably YES....
no london argggggggggggggggggggggggggg
Oh no wait, it's Morrissey.
to his contract with the hop farm festival? or just adding his southern softies shows later...
depending on price
...around £32 for the York gig.
to see him. Although preferably somewhere nearer Manchester as I would imagine him putting on a better show.
But by a racecourse? He'll have a few words to say about that...
Five Scottish dates in fucking weird places. I'll probably go to Dunoon so I get to go on the ferry across.
Before the tickets even went on sale, must be a Moz record...
Didn't he realise the venue was at the home of national hunt racing??
* Update: The Cheltenham date will now not take place, and once a substitute venue has been found then these shall constitute the only Morrissey concerts in the UK for this year.
"Morrissey is now managed by Ron Laffitte, who is based in Los Angeles."
You learn something new every day, don't you?
I've had tickets to see him!
I love the guy, but I fear my days of using a day's holiday to guarantee getting a ticket to see him are over.
Not just being Londoncentric, he is bypassing all of the south and the ENTIRE of Wales (again). Well, actually he's playing a festival near Tunbridge Wells which isn't far, but its £70 for a day ticket, £130 for the weekend ;( x 'Luncay'!
Struggling to find any evidence on the usual ticket sites and just got an answer message when phoned the York Barbican direct...
Don't tell me I arrived at the office before 10, for the first time ever, but for no reason.
