Don't all go rushing for it at once, you'll break the internet!
I was wondering what all the hubbub was about
wait i just read the original post. and gathered you'd covered this gag.
...ALL OVER RICKY OTTO.
GARETH SOUTHGATE'S LAUGH etc
it "slams the face of creativity into the kerbstone again and again and again". http://bit.ly/eR40tg?r=td
It's properly grim like.
Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants? Heathen Chemistry? Well this is far, FAR worse than either of those.
which will hopefully be up on the ragged words site on monday.
i don't want to give away the ending or anything but it's one of the most laughable records i've ever had the misfortune of hearing. and i liked oasis 'back in the day'.
and yes, it's worse than familiar to millions. much, much worse.
Just completely void of creativity. Which is the point.
Bit of a ploddy Beatlesy All The Young Dudes thing.
Liam seems to be singing a lot better live now though:
no idea how it got published. i dont even remember sending it.
Jordan you sir are an arse, the album is of decent quality. Not great but a very good album. Stick to listening to Bruno Mars and Justin Beieber. knobhead
a few of the first ones are from friends, and others have just taken it to another level.
Why are you calling Jordan a knobhead for? He speaks the truth. Beady Eye are dreadfully dull with not a single original standout idea of their own. Each song plods along at cruising speed with no sense of urgency. Devoid of any kind of creativity or soul. I am sure Noel Gallagher is chuckling to himself.
I've read those comments! Sheesh, I thought some of the ones we got on the reviews here were bad enough, but those are even more ridiculous!
the tone of the review means that i can't complain if someone uses the same tone in a comment. i found them pretty funny, especially as each one seems to accuse me of being a 'blur', 'radiohead' or 'bruno mars' fan.
How the remaining half of The Beatles haven't taken actual legal action as yet.
But I only bothered adding that because it sounds pretty damn similar to Instant Karma.
Saying that one of the main inspirations for calling the band "Beady Eye" was to be placed in record racks next to The Beatles, "instead of the fucking Osmonds".
Sounds quite nice, that.
