It's really really good without adverts. 320kbps as well.
Wanted to check out those xmas playlists people were putting up and legitimately check out loads of end of year list albums. Playlists were o.k. but the rest was a total failure. It doesn't have much that I want on it and when things are there all the songs are in the wrong order. Really annoying. Also, it refuses to scrobble to last.fm, just says my username/password are unacceptable, but they are right.
Otherwise: Spotify, yay.
not sure if that's the answer you want.
If you search for an album, the songs will come up ranked in order of most plays. If you click on the album title on one of the songs, it should take you to the actual album, which is in order.
This may be the problem.
and never had an issue with ordering of tracks, think what Schadenfreude said is true though.
Started scrobbling with it when I finally got onto Last.fm in June last year and not had a problem, seems to scrobble everything I play just fine. More than can be said for my iPod!
Really couldn't go back to not having it. Having Spotify on my iPhone is pretty much amazing.
and found it a nightmare on my iphone. it just stops mid-song or won't load the next one. anyone else suffer the same?
for about a year now and I love not having any adverts. Most of the end of year stuff I've been catching up on is there except for heavier stuff, tried finding a few that were mentioned in some threads without success, The Body, Agalloch's new one to name but two. Just listening to their 2006 album that is on there though and that's excellent!
Still easily worth 4.99 a month though!
..inbox me your email address if you want one!
..the invites aren't for the 7-day trial, but for Spotify Free. Can listen as much as you want, still get ads every few songs.
have spotify and no ads... Yet I am paying nothing. ZING
If you have it on your iPhone/iPod and want to cancel at the end of the week, change your Spotify Mobile to 'offline mode' and your playlists etc will be fine for another month.
