and I guess I'll have to register at RA then. Will check out the rest as well, cheers.
Main reason I'd like to listen to more of these things, is due to the Oneohtrix Point Never mix on Fact, which was a rather big gem. I'm sure there's lots of not so interesting ones, but it feels like a good way to discover
We've got plenty here: http://www.sonicrouter.com/ all down the right hand side. Plus a podcast on http://bleep.com/?page=podcast&module=subscribe%20page and show on http://hivemind.fm/.
Electronic Explorations has some really good ones on the regular http://electronicexplorations.org/
Mnml ssgs have the odd good one http://mnmlssg.blogspot.com/
They pop up all over the place, I wrote a bit about my fave mixes of last year so you'll prob get some idea of whats around from that http://thesonicminefeild.blogspot.com/2010/12/mixes-of-2010.html I'm going to keep my Xpldr# series and sporadic ustreams going as well this year.
Tune into Rinse FM, Sub FM, Hivemind FM, Live FM and loads of ustreams like Boiler Room, Numbers, Oneman, Bok Bok, Deamonds, Deep Teknologi, Ikonika, Wiley lol.
First new mix of the year I've downloaded is from Elijah & Skilliam http://blackdownsoundboy.blogspot.com/2011/01/elijah-skilliam-01012011-mix.html its quality, they're on Rinse FM as well.
I'd just find people you like and follow them rather than a single podcast. One mix will lead to another when you get looking at tracklists and finding simular stuff in other mixes.
One of the reasons I steered away from these things is because there's so so many of them.
Going to scroll through your fave mixes now...
if you have any interest in electronic stuff. not very frequent but it means that every so often you get a surprising 40-minute chunk of great mixes from the Brainfeeder set, (Samiyam, Nosaj Thing, Gaslamp Killer etc).
plus theres already like 20 of 'em so theres a great little stockpile to get started with
here's the link:
don't use itunes, but will listen
