It's beautiful. I love all Robert Wyatt's albums but it's great to hear his voice against some more sparse arrangements and familiar songs. I can see myself listening to this just as much as anything else he's done. We'll just pretend the hip-hop track didn't happen though.
It might have helped if there weren't reworkings of some of his best songs (Maryann, At Last I Am Free) to invite comparison.
