Since the proposition is plainly rubbish and you offer no argument in favour of it.
The fact that one of the very few things that both bands do have in common is the use of guitars (in very different ways) rather confuses things too.
I can just about see it
they have a similar beat in a few of their songs, that and the cheesy 80'sness of the guitars
