SIlver Apples & Pram are playing at the Hare & Hounds on Monday also, some nice electronica - should be good: http://www.capsule.org.uk/event/silver-apples-pram
so in answer, YES!
Thanks, was thinking seeing Pram. The others sound too heavy for me, I tend to listen to indie, alternative, folk and some electronic.
check out the fast gig though, it could change your life!
Otherwise maybe look at birminghampromoters.com as they deal with the more indie side of things I think.
Or the Sunflower lounge may have some stuff going on i'm not sure.
and I'm tempted to check out The Phenomenal Handclap Band playing at The Hare & Hounds on the 4th August :D
I haven't been to The Hare & Hounds. Good gig venue?
It's getting more and more full of tossers though and there's fuck all room outside etc so it's getting shitter by the day. and expensive which doesn't help.
Should be a good show :D
