i'm starting with Sort of Revolution by Fink
I drank away all my money
I spent the night on the street
Think I just lost my dear honey
Who's gonna take care of me
if there were lyrics involved. Some gorgeous ambient electronic music would hit just the right spot.

i'm now on to alasdair, first chords come on good
and there's lyrics involved, and i'm not reading literature, it's study-related material: Victorian Soundscapes, on how in around 1865 the middle-class in London attempted to rid the streets of the lower-class noises such as singers and organ grinders
Jan Jelinek - loop-finding-jazz-records
Such a good record.
I was listening to his remix of Murcof when I was walking home from the cinema this eve.
If you're still looking for recommendations, I've just moved on to Bohren & Der Club of Gore, which is lovely, lovely dark jazz stuff.
Do you like Farben as well?
Or The Dolls by Vladislav Delay/AGF/Craig Armstrong.
Come to think of it, I think AGF has got a new record out. Let's all listen to that.
although i rarely listen to farben. i saw him doing kosmischer pitch live once, and it was just one big trip, no memories of the actual concert but just of where it took me (sounds a bit druggy but i wasn't)
Bohren is great as well, hadn't heard of AGF though, so just put that on
