What's it like? Anyone know the capacity?
still havent heard it but am pretty sure teen dreams will be album of 2010
Timing suspiciously close to MBV ATI. Keeping fingers crossed.
Looks like a wait until their Bush Hall gig for me then.
So I assume they're not playing in Spain that day.
On holiday when this is on. Gutted, this'll be ace!
It's a lovely little place. I put a night on there earlier this year, it's basically the back room of a cafe that they hire out for art events, launches and little gigs.
Thanks for the heads up
tiny little place I thought. Very small PA
for mentioning this gig. Have now got tickets, and can't wait!
...sorry all latecomers to this thread... :(
Anyone know if there's a support etc.?

i wannagot to this, but i've already plans...
I'm not drinking and don't fancy standing around looking gormless fore ages.
According to Bella Union
...anyone else think the new stuff sounded fucking awesome?
Not sure about The Flea Pit as a venue. It was an absolute sweatbox in there but the acoustics were alright! Couldn't see a bloody thing but, again, the new material (particularly the latter stuff they played) was brilliant.
TWO THUMBS UP.
Beach House have previously underwhelmed me live (seen them twice before), but I though they were really good last night.
...given that they're clearly more of a studio band but last night was the first time I'd seen them and was very impressed. The missus who'd never heard a note previously loved them as well so they definitely did something right...
But the venue was too hot to enjoy it fully. I was near the front and am tall and still struggled to see a great deal. But yeah, was grateful for the short set. It's nice to get home from a gig before 10pm.
...I was stood right at the back and it still sounded good. It's not a custom venue though it's an "art space" so... I hope that bands who I love playing there doesn't become a regular thing because that place proves that intimate doesn't necessarily = brilliant...
With you on that second point... well I would've been home at 9.40pm if I hadn't gone to the Nelson's Head round the back... today tells me that was a foolish decision.
making it harder to see, really good gig though, b each house just keep getting better. All gigs should end at 9.30
my flatemate puts on a regular monthly night there
they do lots of local and specialist beers, including the Chinese Lucky rice beer - comes in a smiling Buddha bottle
it's going to be absolutely rammed for BH
I've seen a night or 2 down there. Beer is VERY pricey but it has a very arty feel.
