Isis coming to the UK this winter?
I've seen that they've been booking round europe gigs around november and december so per chance does anyone know if they're coming to the UK as well? Or shall i head over to Paris to see their Isisy goodness pre-atp?
They're playing
in Birmingham on the 28th October, if that's any help - http://www.theasylumvenue.co.uk/gig_details.php?ID=170
yes, it is!
not being a london snob or anything but i think if they're playing in birmingham i think there should be a london date surfacing soon. thanks for that beepz.
Glasgow's Oct 25th @ Stereo, it's up on Ticketweb
Aaron Harris said there will be "an extensive tour of the Mainland/ UK/ Ireland/ Scandinavia etc this fall" on Twitter last week, but only a few of the dates have surfaced so far. +1 for the London show once it's announced...
*crosses fingers and hopes for a northern date
please!
THEY ARE PLAYING CORK CITY
I DID A GENUINE 'WHAT IN THE JESUSING FUCK' MOMENT WHEN I SAW. CAPS ARE ENTIRELY APPROPRIATE

HOLY SHIT
and cyprus avenue is NOT a big place. not sure on the capacity, but less than 200, and that would be PACKED
I'm so shaking my fist in your face
any other dates?
very special guests is very exciting.
last time i saw them it was part chimp and they've toured with torche before...
London show
on sale now:

damn it
wednesday? Either put on a weekend show please, or send them down bristol way. thanks.
thanks jamie
i shall be there and i shall get there early ;)
Nice one, ticket bought...
although it clashes with This Will Destroy You/And So I Watch You From Afar at The Underworld which is a bit of a pain in the arse! Isis are so good it's not too hard a choice, I suppose...
Mothlite confirmed to support
at the London show.
one of my friends is putting them on in newcastle
so if they've made it here it must be a pretty comprehensive tour
In the friggin' Cluny too.
I'm trying to get as many of my friends to go along - it'll be immense in there.
considering how bands like ycni:m
made the place sound like it was bursting at the seems this will be huge
pfft.
I saw The Dirtbombs and Soledad Brothers in there once - much louder than ycni:m...
Nice!
I bet that was quality. It was fairly packed when I saw Municipal Waste there a couple of years ago. I think that was the last time I crowdsurfed. Probably the actual last time too!
Also
couple of hopefully really good gigs coming up:
King Khan & The Shrines at Other Rooms on Saturday
Sic Alps next Thursday at the Cumberland Arms
got my tickets for stereo gig in glasgow
cant fucking wait for this .... love this band
Playing Manchester on Oct 27th
but it clashes with Les Savy Fav and the ATP film in Leeds which I already have a ticket for, ah well, I saw them last year with Torche and they were spectacular! Would have liked to see them do some Wavering Radiant stuff though.
isis birmingham show
Final confirmed as support for the Birmingham show.
