Just listened to the new Idlewild album
and it's good. Maybe one of their best.
Anyone else heard it and have an opinion?

When is it out?
I heard them play tracks from it at the Godiva festival in Coventry last weekend and was very impressed.
I can't wait to get my hands on this
I've heard it once when I was visiting a friend who'd got it on pre-release and I thought it was a great album, back to th.e kind of sound I like from them.
Don't think it's out "proper"
until September.
Soundwise it's not a return to their 1st couple of albums but is more like The Remote Part or Warnings/Promises. I think Make Another World was the attempt to recapture the early energy but wasn't totally successful.
