Black 1 by Sunn O))) is very evil.
Also other O'Malley/Anderson projects like Burning Witch, Thorr's Hammer, and, above all, Khanate. Lots of Doom in fact.
Lots of Black Metal as well, try Burzum, Wold, Leviathan, etc.
Track entitled Goblin: easy enough
Coki on the buttons: the producer is Coki
this tune bare fire: this track is AMAZING
this one always goes off in the rave man, people go mental to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qIo8fuG7sAE <<< see for ya self at 2:39 onwards.
this ones a pearsy: its a personal favourite
hold tight the crew locked in locked on: thanku for tuning in to our radio show.
N-Type invaded all the way from south london: N-Type is the DJ he is from south london.
BROCK OUT: DANCE LIKE A BASTARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
london pirate radio lingo
Aphex Twin - Come to Daddy
Posh kids (listen to his lahdy-da accent!) bleating about the end of days if NOT scary. Moron.
Have you even heard of Current 93?
Well, that totally invalidates everything he does then. Obviously.
I was being sarcastic. I can't stand inverse snobbery over accents. This country is obsessed with accents.
He's probably one of the most 'extreme' vocalists ever - more so than most black metal singers, etc. He makes C93 practically impossible to enjoy unless you're used to them. Still, he's one of my favourite human beings and artists, lyrically I don't think anything can top him...
"And those who deny this world
Is the soul of the unbroken one
This is indeed Paradise
(Come I shall show you where
The stars give birth and sleep)
And all around you is the warm bluegreen breath of heavens
Do not fear
Around you is the vast blueblack space of stars
Do not fear
This is the great ocean
On which the endless waves crash down
God is not dead"
I can't decide if that was terrifying, or hilarious.
Controlled Bleeding's The Poisoner's pretty dark too
For flat out wrong you gotta go with Belle and Sebastian
Initiations is really good. And pretty much exactly what this thread calls for.
they do a really evil-sounding remix of tricky's council estate.
also, spotify soap&skin... marche funebre has to be one of the most evil-sounding things i've heard; it's apocalyptic music.
is pretty unsettling.
Scott Walker - The Drift is quite evil as well if thats up your strasse.
on these threads but it fit's the idea of evil sounding music so well. Also, Evoken's 'A Carress Of The Void' which is almost likelistening to a musical interpretation of Revelations and Runhild Gammelsæter 's solo album 'Amplicon' simply because she's one of the scariest vocalists around.
Spongebob and Road Rage are both pretty terrifying as well.
My vote goes for Red Right Hand, The Carny and Stagger Lee by Nick Cave. Some of the scariest stuff he's done outside of the Birthday Party.
I sware at one point he was making this stuff on fruity loops :O
Give me Mala over Coki any day, especially as a DJ. As a producer though I have no idea what the hell Coki uses to get that level of abrasion on the bass. It sounds like terminators throwing up.
... was the evillest they'd ever heard.
I made him listen to Frankie Teardrop by Suicide.
He knew I was right.
Big Black/Rapeman/Shellac - any album(for subject matter)
Necrophagist - any album (just horrifically manly)
Wolf Eyes - Burned Mind
Narcosis - Romance (Evil grindcore that makes napalm death sound like and Britains Got Talent boyband audition)
Naked City - any album (Saxaphones should not be able to do that)
Wolves in the Throne Room
Carcass/Brutal Truth/Agoraphobic Nosebleed - grindcore goodness
but decided that it was perhaps *too* evil.
fuck the rest
with you on that one
also, anal cunt is the best name for a band ever
Sonically harsh and lyrically (the ones you can make out) pretty fucked up. Private on the Mummy and Dada album is really quite disturbing and Baby on Quality Time is just wrong.
RUSSIAN ORPHANAGE, RUTHLESS BABYSITTING, ELITE GYMNASTICS!"
Specifically "It Fit When I Was a Kid" and "Drum and the Uncomfortable Can." That album was straight up ookie. Liars are good at that, especially live.
Could be the soundtrack to hell, with Satan roaring in the background!
Damned good too - more satanic roaring.
Job for a cowboy
The bit in 1974 where he screams 'father' or some such sounds properly feral
http://www.myspace.com/exhumed - absolutely beautiful
