Delphic
I can see them turning out to be awful sub-New Order self-consciously indie/dancey indie-dance, BUT
(1) I really liked the demo version of counterpoint they used to have on their myspace (a lot more than the single version0,
(2) they used to be Snowfight in the City Centre,
(3) they seem to have 'lots of potential',
(4) they have a really good live reputation!
Anyone know much else about them/going to the single launch on Saturday?
I've only heard Counterpoint
but if I were Bloc Party, I'd sue.

Were Snowfight In The City Centre
formerly Fell City Girl, or am I getting confused? (The first time I saw Kyte, bottom of a bill being watched by twelve people three years ago and not quite there with their post-Ros stylings yet, I wrote a review comparing them to Fell City Girl and the band, while appreciating it, didn't know who they were)
Fell City Girl - you are confused. different band.
Lisa Brown
Weren't they called that before Snowfights..?
didn't they do a maida vale session a few weeks ago for Lamacq?
sounded ok.
In my opinion Delphic are absolutely brilliant
and I am totally confident that they will be massive, in fact they already seem to have a big following, and Yes I'll be at the launch party.
I first saw them in June last year:

There are 22 comments on my video, and nearly every one from a different European city; they recently did a European tour supporting Bloc Party.
Were you at CFTPA on Monday
and Titus Andronicus a few weeks back?
Yes to both :)
and both were great. Why do you recognise me?
I have just realised that I been to the DI three times this week (also 65dos & Health).
I'm feeling a tiny bit jaded.
