Should be pretty excellent, I really like the DI as a venue as well. Anyone else going?
... 65dos were great last time I saw them at Club Academy, but I agree the DI is a lovely venue, and this should be sweet
I am a bit shattered after seeing Health there last night, and a little bit deaf as well.
saw them in leeds on tuesday an' all. new stuff will blow you away
I'm seeing them tomorrow for the first time and although I'm excited by the prospect of any new material they might play, I would like to hear some of my favourite tracks like - I Swallowed Hard Like I Understood, 23kid, Wax Futures, Music is Music etc.
plenty of fresh sounds, but to counter them, as such, they played alot of their crowd-pleasers, radio protector, swallowed hard, retreat retreat, a failsafe... all amazing. Radio Protector pretty much changed my life.
although if they don't play Wax Futures, I might be forced to kill the nearest person at the gig.
I didn't think too much of 'em, but that's only 'cause i've seen them 6 or 7 times and they ALWAYS play the exact same songs off 'The Fall of Math' and 'onetimeforalltime'. Apart from last time, when they pulled a lot of surprises out the bag.
trying to find a spare ticket...
seeing as 65 have rendered me almost deaf on many an occasion.
I wasn't going to go (seen them 4 times already :s) but my bf hasn't seen them and wanted to go, so I obliged. Really glad I did now! Went to the deaf institute for the first time last night (Health) and it's a pretty awesome gig venue. So yeah, it should be good. Am hoping they'll play a pretty mixed set list.
I managed to find someone with a spare ticket!
This was an awesome gig, the last few songs just turned into chaos! awesome!
