Vampire Weekend & Deerhoof! I'd buy that for a dollar (or 49...)
have any relevance today? Won't it just be an indie-lite karaoke night?
...it is a fair point to raise and it is all very likely this is a money making exercise. They almost certainly won't be playing any new material.
In answer to your second point I would take this to mean that you have never seen blur live before.
about 10 years ago (if not more). Karaoke. Much like Oasis but with A Levels.
I'm excited but then i'm partial to a little karaoke every now and then :)
I'm willing to find out though
about this announcement. I read horrible rumours that The View were supporting earlier on today and I was incredibly worried.
This is good.
someone connected to them (the view not blur) mentioned it to me a few weeks ago, I was literaly ready to sell my ticket, that would have been horrible
for REM at Hyde Park. Never seen them, spent a small fortune on a ticket only for The Zutons and Feeder to be announced. I couldn't sell that ticket quick enough and I still haven't seen REM!
cheers for that!
on that tour I mean, not the other two.
seriously i hope these gigs are similar to what radiohead was like last year where i can get a ticket for about £20 off a tout.
i think my ticket is for the 3rd. and i facny seeing foals/crystal castles/friendly fires... and i've not heard any of the other bands. :|
My brother has booked B&B, day off work, Coach etc. Sorry, I really would have aswell :/
How many tickets have you got? My friends and I have 5 but will take any we can get.
really looking forward to my Friday support slots.
deerhoof are wasted on them!
not really any of the supports though
I mean Florence and The machine, Fuck off.
hasn't she? Like didn't he write some stuff for her or am I making that up?
I am cold.
watch them announce a few dates around that time too. I purposefully booked a holiday first week of july because there were no good gigs. I'll cry if I miss deerhoof.
