just put this on after about two years of not hearing it - can still remember every word.
The new one was quite good though.
not a word wasted and not a note out of place. thought the latest one went a bit 60s brit pop pastiche after the first four songs, but it had a few good 'uns on it.
I've never been sure why exactly, I just do. The lyrics probably; there's loads to sing along to. I do prefer the newer one though.
but 'Pretty. Odd.' wins. Now that's what I call an underated album.
Where "But it's better if you do" links into the intro of "I write sins...", absolutely ace.
is a great great song, but the rest of the album i really don't like.
The Black Parade is amazing tho, did the same thing to emo as Evanescence did to nu-metal (killed it by being a bit operatic and reeeeally dramatic)
the first time i saw the video for Welcome to the Black Parade i was sitting at the PC in my parents house, and i laughed myself to death. i actualoled, it was that far over the top. brilliantly so.
it didn't even kill Pop Punk, look at how popular it still is.
cmon just tap your fingers for me
the 2nd album was toilet though :(
maybe i should have tried harder to like it?
I like Pretty Odd though. I went out with a girl who used to listen to Panic, Fall Out Boy, and so on, and through some process of habitual exposure I gradually came to actually enjoy it all. Fall Out Boy are one of the great pop bands in my opinion.
had no idea about this song, but i'm not impressed
i'm into hiphop music these days :D
is still utter bollocks compared to the original version. Ugh.
Such a guilty not-very-secret. <3
i didn't realise there was one?!
Pretty sure those two tracks were re-recorded on later pressings.
The UK version was truly terrible. No longer a guilty secret as it was infinitely hateable.
this is a difference response to when I named my album of the year and forced Diver to include it in the albums of whateveryearitwas.
