fuck me, i hate the internet.
I think it's the best proposed set of headliners in ages & i'm 21!
I mean, who's gonna be interested in three world-class acts with amazing back catalogues and indisputable live pedigree? I'm not going again until Dan Le Sac v Scroobius Pip do a three night headline extravaganza.
but a really good read.
i like my cosy, comfortably-leftfield festivals best. :)
i think my faintly particular music tastes never quite fall within the venn diagram of glasto's admittedly largely eclectic lineup. they certainly didn't last year, don't think there was a single act on the seemingly infinite number of stages that I really wanted to see.
I think it’s sold out, and I didn’t get a ticket. And I don’t really have enough annual leave leftover, and I probably can’t really afford it anyway.
I take it the yells came after he'd done the Beatles stuff? 'Cos his post-Beatles work really is shit.
With the exception of three or four tracks.
If there's any single place in the world where you can avoid artists you dislike with absolute ease, it is Glastonbury.
That is unless you'd rather spend your evening shouting insults at the Lord of music.
was Beatles stuff. I don't remember there being much solo/Wings material - although that might be because the rest was so good.
Live and Let Die, Band On The Run, Jet.
