It was the only way I could get hold of any records while growing up in rural Worcestershire in the 80s though

Or rather, my dad was. Do you remember how exciting it was when a brochure arrived.
Every time the thing came through the door I'd compile a list of five albums I DEFINITELY wanted to prove I wasn't gonna get ripped off, and yet she never caved. To be fair, she was probably onto something. Beyond a couple of Britpop albums it was all Gabrielle, East 17 and Eternal
