i'm guessing it's just 'the hits' but meh, it's free...
think I'd be grabbing a copy of that on saturday, even if it's just a mix of stuff I mostly already own.
i'm guessing the 3 albums will be Ágætis Byrjun, Með Suð í Eyrum Við Spilum Endalaust and Takk... which i own, but it's still worth getting imo
I could see them counting harf/heim as an album, and including tracks from that.
put starálfur or svefn on there, they're two of their most famous songs, right? it definitely won't be ( )
Hoppípolla is by far the most famous and Sæglópur is pretty soon after. I imagine Gobbledigook is quite near that.
as they are on the same label, right?
Probably be just ()4, then four from the two most recent ones
i'm going to bump it on friday and saturday as well in the hope of getting someone into the rós
it'll prob be the 3 released from Með Suð, the famous ones from takk... and some of ÁB
yesterday they gave me a "sounds of Britain" nature CD, this week we get emo whalesong
........and the Iselandic economy crashing down backed with the shimmering sound of Jonsi's bow stroked guitar......
The films are part of the special edition with the latest album and cost £50.
Why are they giving them away?
it's just a sort of best-of from 3 of their albums
sounds like a lot of unecessary money to me. I bet Mirri has it though. :)
as it came with the album for free before it was released to the public, and you were credited in it at the back. Prob not worth it now though, it's basically just a big book of tour photos
I had a browse through it at the film screening and didn't think the packaging justified £50 - it's inferior in quality to the book that comes with Heima. I'm not enough of a fangirl to also be a complete sucker. :)
i'm sure there will be a million copies on ebay on sunday...
it may have been a *slight* exaggeration, but it probably wasn't
Inní mér syngur vitleysingur 4:05
Í Gær 6:23
Ti Ki 8:49
i have never heard that ti ki bu bu ka ka thing yknow
nothing special, it was released as a soundtrack for some crappy dance piece and has no real words, just 'ba ba ti ki di do' repeated over and over
i got mine, can't believe the shitty independant is £1.60 what a fucking rip-off
there are 2 copies already on ebay, one is £7 inc postage and the other is £4 inc postage. Wankers
