I wouldn't have thought so, I suppose he isn't providing the link so, no.
The Das Pop album leaked, and thus a global community scattered shotgun style to seek out the golden link.
but then again so was Oink in many similar ways. The guidelines on these things are pretty malleable; I think if someone wanted rid of it, the rules could be used to do so (under provision of the idea that although you're not infringing copyright, you're encouraging others to do so).
Which, then could equally be applied to this page, on this forum, of course.

Without links, it can only ever (perhaps?) be construed as some twisted form of defamation. But to bring a case against it would be counter-productive and an utter waste of everyone's time.

FYI my neighbour has just gone on holiday, so if you fancied a spot of burglary now would probably be a good time to do it. He's got a nice big telly as well, i'd bring a roomy van
if you were to just mention that your friend was out then I see no reason for it to be illegal.
