A top ten, if you wanna peeeeek...
Some RIGHT GOOD BEATS.
I was hoping to see DJ Donna Summer's remix of 'Sweet Child O' Mine' in there. Shocking.
it's not that great. His Otto von Shirach remix is more like it.
are really nice pics. The new T++ tracks on Apple Pips are just amazing as well and his remixes of some Skull Disco stuff. It's missing a bit of Martyn remix action of that TRG track but I will let ya off I guess. Nice to see it isn't a list full of crappy indie dance knock offs and stuff.
Clash is starting to represent now-a-days good work.
...but we're getting there. I think people who might not be into the mag are now starting to see the site as a bit different, and vice-versa. We try to take elements of the mag and mix em with, y'know, longer pieces on Fuck Buttons and Wild Beasts ;o)
keep on keeping on hey
that you wacked the link up for. I love his version of Lil Waynes A Milli too.
thats a nice bootleg as I hate the singers voice in Los Camps and they get rid of it, brilliant.
Should be up there.
It's so good Channel 5 have adopted it for their Uefa cup coverage.
MIDNIGHT JUGGERNAUTS REMIX
where I turn all the sound off and just look at the CD cover.
One of your worst efforts I'd have to say
its a bit to minimal to be fair not to everyones tastes
It is 20 minutes long ffs!
Still, some awesome tunes in there, though I feel the Serge Santiago remix is blind is the better one.
my personal favourite is the number 2. It's definitely the song i still get most excited about hearing. i'd love to experience it on a huge soundsystem somewhere.
the remix this year that i think improved on the original the most.
the amount of times i've heard it out this last couple of months is obscene, i almost want to say i DON'T want to hear it on a huge soundsystem anymore.
didn't realise clash even had any interest in dance music, good to see it branching out (or my ignorance of its content being rectified, both good)
I caught Peaches' DJ set at Durrr in London and it was truly an hour of power. Plus she pulled out that AC/DC Thunderstruck remix which is on that top 10, it went down a treat.
But personally, my top one for this year would be the Metronomy remix of The Bears Are Coming, by Late of the Pier.
