The thing in the background that starts at 00:49 reminds me of The Sims. Love this track.
I swear it sounds a bit like the background music on it at times.
tell you, but I don't know what the sims music sounds like. And it is a lovely track lyk.
but Lover's Day is still my favourite.
Those plucked strings are cringeworthy
No way in Hell is it worse than Family Tree.
Terrible songs. They can't do baroque orchestral style stuff.
Where there's walls of guitars and stuff, and a madcap percussion section. Not these delicate synth and string led things.
I like Stork & Owl but come on there's absolutely no defending Family Tree. It sounds like Coldplay.
that's the one track I do skip.
probably my favourite on there - slightly underwhelmed, ultimately, by this record.
are verging on corny, but they are a breath of fresh air on an album full of vapid Prince rip offs. I think these are the harshest words I've said about the album since its release, but I can't help but be disappointed after RTCM.
