i love this guy!
you don;t exactly remember shit bands' myspaces
These guys were atrocious, they were on glasto this year at the john peel stage and seemed to have all the marketing trappings but none of the skill or taste or anything.
And I dont know if theyre signed or not but this lot right before the who were just painful.
are quite successful in their own way. I saw them on breakfast TV when Shirley Bassey covered that song. Which probably says more about The Who's audience nowadays.
though I think it was a sly bit of networking, as the who were playing in bristol, and theyre from bristol, and no one had a clue who they were.
"im the girl who likes to rock"
i remember them, it had a 'special guest' type slot in the program so i went to see who it might be. Glasto was full of that. I stood there stunned for their set, how the hell did they get that slot???
who just wont leave the organizers alone and keeps giving 'suggestions' until they basically cave and give out some dead-end slot at midday.
i happened to see them play in Tommy Flynn's last friday. jesus wept.
the myspace player doesn't work here, but they look well metal.
Influences: Papa ROFLach and Avenged SevenLOLd.
they're here to "save music from indie and metal... and bring back rock 'n' roll"!
will be looking at their play counts and thinking people are finally 'getting it'
but i'm not sure i want to
'i' fail :(
I got this from a guy who was looking for a second guitarist for his band on gumtree, he said he was into hardcore and punk and this is what he came back with, oh.my.god. it's horrible but in a brilliant way, I have it on my ipod and "Runaway Train" always goes down a treat at parties
I love the way most of the bands have got
RECORD LABEL: NONE
TYPE OF LABEL: MAJOR
I sat through that.
Has the drummer hurt his head?
were pumping their fists out of time.
clearly these are the next NME darlings
the videos are fantastic!
amazing, reminds me of that classic nirvana cover one
but I already know what it is. And I'm smiling.
That was absolutely brilliant. I'm going to be late for uni now but I can't believe how much it was worth it. My favourite bit was at 2:50 where they forgot the song entirely. Does anyone know who they are? I want to put them on
and it's their own song: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=DNv7fYZ8iW4&NR=1
Listen to "The Very Start" and try not to piss yourself laughing. I know these kids, and keep telling one he needs to go solo.
but a little exploration brought me to this which has a fabulous reaction to some crap singing.
In a Ska fashion.
Eejits then - eejits now.
