will certainly go. The new Parts & Labor album is stunning.
will certainly go. The new Parts & Labor album is stunning. (I hope the missing word in the first post didn't spoil your reading pleasure.)
I'm almost certainly there
I will be there.
£7.50 = Sweet!
who's putting it on?
i've not seen them before. i should go, yes?
Cargo though, ugh
they're definitely getting one of my votes for ATP vs me
they're pretty good, not sure if i'd go to that venue to see them though. i like being able to go home after a gig without having to wring my clothes dry.
why does everyone hate Cargo? It's probably my favourite venue in London.
a couple of dates are still being nailed down
Cargo show onsale here:
a bit claustophobic in there for some reason
But so horribly humid- go to a sold-out gig there and it's like a sauna.
Cargo's has a decent sound system, doesn't smell and has a bar/food area separate from the gig space, which is always a plus in my book
tip: it only feels claustrophobic when people cluster around the entrance to the live room... if you move further in it's usually possible to stand in (relative) comfort
(in my day we went to hardcore gigs in crappy pub backrooms, yadda yadda)
two of my favourite gigs this year have been there. Can't wait to see Zach Hill play there.
